Go to a Yahoo option table (leave it in stacked view)

e.g.: https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/q/op?s=VALE

Click the Kyote bookmark - you should get an extra column with the no. of days until strike date

Type 1 and enter a share price - you should get a new column showing the profit as a percentage of your investment (the premium)

Typing 1 again you can enter a new share price for column 1

You can add four more columns by typing 2, 3, 4 and 5

Type p to switch to the PUT table, c to get back to the CALL table
